Access violation errors

When I try to open IE 6 SP1 on my computer running XP, I
get over 100 error messages that say "Access violation at
011E45FD in module 'ISengine.dll'. Read of address
00000000000." When the error messages finally stop
popping up, they go away, but IE doesn't load. Anyone
seen this before and know how to correct it?

Did you install this tool bar?

Intellistopper
Toolbar http://(remove)smartstopper.com/

ISengine.dll is a file used by this program.
Uninstall and re install if you still want it.

Thanks for the tip. I think I did install it, but don't
know how to find it to uninstall it. Can you walk me
through it?
