Access to window mail

Can you please tell me if you can access window live mail via the internet?
or is the program like Outlook that can only be accessed via the system that
it is installed on.

WLM is an installed application to handle email and news.

It allows you to bring certain email accounts to your desktop.

You can still access your mail on the relevant websites, Hotmail, Live.com
etc

WLM has a setting to leave a copy of each message on the web server.
