how do i access my system BIOS and change boot order?

Which ever way your mother board manual or computer instruction manual tells
you to. Look up the information. We have no idea what computer you have -
nor do we know what motherboard is installed!

This should help you get in:

Once there, look for a boot order. Generally you use the + or - keys to
change the order, then F10 to exit and save the changes.
