As Administrator, is there anyway to access another user's folders?

Our family has several accounts set up and each is password protected
basically to stop our 3 year old opening any account and causing
havoc!

As Administrator, and the only one that knows anything about
computers, I do all the backups but I can't set up backups for the
other accounts as I don't have access to pick the folders from Wndows
Exlorer.

Is there a way to do this?

TIA

It looks like all the users are Administrators and so one administrator
user can't access another administrator's account. there are two ways
to circumvent this:

1) create all users as limited Users Including one for you as well!
2) Log as Main Administrator A/C using this method from WELCOME Screen:
a) CNTRL+ALT+DEL
b) CNTRL+ALT+DEL
c) EnterPassword

PS the XMAS party had been fantastic. Some more to come next week!

Which operating system are you running? In home you would boot into safe
mode and use the Windows administrator user account to change the security
settings to give your regular user id rights on the folder under the
documents and settings of the particular user profile that you want to be
able to choose to backup.
