Access to desktop files

I am trying to access mapped network drives and files on my desktop from
Outlook. I know there is a way to add links so that I can access everything
from Outlook as a central location.
 
What version of Outlook are you using?

On Outlook 98, 2000 and 2002 you can and a shortcut to your Outook Bar
Shortcut. If you do not see the Outlook Bar - click on View and Outlook Bar.


Outlook 2003 - is a complety new design. I checked and I have not found the
option to have the shortcuts within in Outlook any longer. Anyone if I am
missing this please post where it is located in OL2003.
