access report printing

In reports I have a report I print by Alpha (A,B,C), called jobs by alpha
city. I can only see and print the A's. How do I enable all (A-Z) fields to
be displayed and printed. I looked in the Access Bible and also on here to
see if I could find the solution to no avail. Please help. Thank you.

Change the query or filtering of the report to not exclude some records. It
might help if you told us what method is used to print only a single alpha.

I am unsure of what you mean by what method is used to print, any examples?
I thought changing the query might help too, but need to learn how to do
this, I can't seem to find where this takes place. I am going to go back to
the book. Thanks for your response--
