Printing in Reports by alpha

In access "reports" I have a report that sorts our jobs by alpha, however,
when I open this particular report it only shows the "A's", no B,C, D etc.
It only prints the A's as well. I have looked in the Access Bible, and in
the forum. How do I get it to show A-Z and print too.

Check the filter property of your report and make sure that it is empty and
that the Filter on property is set to false.
