Access removal in OE forwarding

Having received and opened an email and attachment (known source) OE removes
attachment when I attempt to forward it. Can I disable this function?
 
This is an outlook, not oe group - you'll get better answers in an oe group
or at www.insideoe.com. Be sure to mention what type of attachment...
