Hi,

I have absolutely no idea if this can be done, but I thought it worth asking:D

I have a table that has a list of days and the number of actions that need to be performed each day to reach the target number of actions by the end of the timescale, as in the attached text file.

What I would like to be able to do is recalculate the target for each day to take into the number under or over target we are and then equally divide that between the remaining days of the project. And to be able to do this every day, so this would give the figures shown in the New Target column of the table.

Is this possible? If so how? I am ok at access and writing SQL/VBA code, but not great!

many thanks
