Access problem

I have a mdb file with i open with administrator login it
opens but when i open with normal user it gives me the
following error.
Selected Collating Sequence Not Supported Error Message

See whether http://support.microsoft.com/?id=202150 helps. Note that many
features in Office need to be installed for each user, not just once on the
machine.
