I am having a problem with access and pivottables. When I
try to create a pivottable the spots to drag my filds to
do not appear ie drop column fields here, drop row fields
here, drop filter fields here. This does not happen on
all computers only some. But all the computers have the
same software installed win/XP and office/xp. I have
already tried to reinstall office and this did not
correct the problem. I am in the middle of teaching
access and this is the next topic and everything workes
great at home or in my office but will not work in the
student lab. I have searched the web and have found other
occurances of the same problem but no solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

.
You can turn them on/off in the Properties dialog box.
Why you would want to I can't explain. My problem is how
to turn them back on if the Properties button is inactive.

.
better yet I can go to the properties box click drop
fields on and close the properties box, reopen it and it
is still clicked off.

I am having the same problem, but so far no solution
