Access Printing options resetting to defaults

The forms the I need printed up in access are half page, so I created a
custom printer form in Control Panel> Printers and Faxes> File>Server
Properties. I also made the the created form the default in printer
properties for the printer, and in access. When I came in the next day, all
of the computers had defaulted back to Letter form, which is the default. Is
there a way to make my half size form default, or to make sure that Acess
does not default back to letter?

Check under Tools > Options > General tab and make sure the check marks are
removed from the Name AutoCorrect choice.

Ok, thank you very much for the help. I have made these changes, and will see
how it affects printer properties. Might I ask exactly what Name Autocorrect
choice optino does? I looked in the help, and all it says was it fixed
errors. Does Access define a custom printer form as an error?

You are welcome. The Name AutoCorrect feature is supposed to change names of
fields throughout the database when you change them in one place. However,
it is very buggy and causes more problems than it is worth.
