access Oulook 2003 email from Outlook Express?

I am using Exchange Server. Can I access my Outlook 2003 email on my desktop
PC from another destop PC that has Outlook Express 2000 installed on it?

There is no such thing as Outlook Express 2000. There is Microsoft Outlook
2000 or Outlook Express (whatever version, to check please click on Help >
About).

That being said, if you're using Exchange on any desktop within the same
domain, you should be able to access your mailbox using Microsoft Outlook,
which should be part of the standard desktop image and installed on every PC.
You may just have to configure the account and point it to the Exchange
server.
