Yes, providing there is a reasonable amount of traffic. Access, not being a
server based database engine isn't robust enough for heavy usage. I have one
with 10 active users entering data over the web, and another that gets an
average of 5000 read requests a day. Both function flawlessly, and have for
about 4 years now.
