Access Issue with XP Home Networking

I have a p2p network with three computers. 2 of the pc's are running XP Home
and the other Win98SE. I have ICS enabled on an XP host computer and it is
working for the other two. On the other hand, I am having trouble with the
file and print sharing. The host computer can see and use all shared
resources on the network. The other two computers can see and use each
others' shared resources. The problem occurs when I try to access the host
computer from either of the other two. I can see the host from either of the
other computers when I display the workgroup computers, but if I click or
try to ping the host, I get an error "[computername] is not accessible. You
might not have permission to use this resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have access permissions. Access Denied". I
have checked and rechecked the settings for correctness and have run the
network setup utility on all computers several times. Keep in mind also
that ICS is working. Anybody have any experience with or ideas about what
my glitch might be? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
