Access is denied

I was setting up Acitve Directory ....... *I allready made
an DNS server*. Then the following thing appeerd. But I am
allready loged in as Administrator so I must have full
acces....

The operation failed with the following error: "Access is
denied. "
 
Are you maybe logged on as a local or domain administrator instead of an
Enterprise administrator?
 
What exactly were you doing at the time? Were you running DCpromo? Include
the full message that is displayed on the screen?
