Been having firewire problems on my Toshiba A70 laptop with XP SP2, so I'm
trying to install KB885222 which is supposed to fix this. Each time I've
tried I get a screen saying "Access is denied." and an "OK" button. When I
hit OK, I get another screen that says "KB885222 installation did not
complete." I tried it on my other laptop, a Toshiba M70 with XP SP2, and the
same thing happened. Is there a reason this fix won't install? Why is
"access denied"? Thanks in advance for any help.
