access internet from Outlook links

Thanks for any help. How can I set up Outlook XP to allow user to click on
an email link and access the web page? I've tried several "search" terms,
but unable to find the answer. Thanks, again
 
With html as the message format: Insert | Hyperlink in your email.
Alternatively, just type the hyperlink and Outlook should process it.
