ACCESS/INFOPATH

I want to use ACCESS database, Can I use INFOPATH to enter information into
ACCESS?

Want INFOPATH form to be checked by a supervisor before final entry into
access database. Can this be done? Can more than one supervisor check before
entering into database? Once in database, cannot change.

Have a form in WORD that is exactly what I need. Can I use the WORD form
instead of developing and new form?

Database will consists of a variety of security incidents that have a number
code.

Any of the solutions you wish, but by far, the easiest is going to be,
building an Access form. By doing that, you will not have any of the
possible problems of interoperation between 2 programs.
