Access and Infopath Licensing

I want to use InfoPath to fill in information in an Access database but I
only have 1 license for Access and multiple for InfoPath.

Am i breaking my licensing agreement if I allow multiple users to add data
into an Access database via InfoPath?

No; the use of an Access MDB file as a backend database is free of
licensing. Only the GUI has such limitations.
