Access form window problems

I am having an interesting problem. I made a database and put links to it on
several computers. It worked well for all of the computers except one. On
that computer, when you opened up the form, there were no scroll bars on the
top or side of the window and not all of the form was visible. I tried
maximizing the window, and it got larger, but the I still had the same
problems.

What is especially strange is that I opened a different form on the computer
and it looked normal.

Do you have any suggestions?

1. Check the display settings for that computer. How do the resolution,
colors, etc. compare to the other computers with no problems?

2. While there check that they haven't created some bizzare display
settings. Set it to Windows Standard.

3. Check for an updated display driver for the video card/controller.

4. Split the database into a front end and back end then put a copy of the
FE on each user's computer. Pulling all the display data across the network
might be a problem plus it's a very good idea to split databases this way.
