Access Form - Can't Enter Data

Sorry for the cross-post (from microsoft.public.access), but this is really
killing me....Here we go!

I've developed a project (ADP) in Access 2000 file format using Office XP.
On machines running Office XP the project works great. However on machines
running Office 2000 bound controls on subforms will not accept input form
the keyboard (I know it sounds strange but bear with me). When a user tries
to enter data via the keyboard into bound controls whether it be a combo box
or text box there is no response. If the control happens to be a combo box
the user can edit the data by selecting an item from the list but cannot
type in the field.

I've installed the fixes (SP-3) for Access 2000 and SQL Server 2000
compatibility on the user's machines. Users have full read write access to
the database.

Please help!!!
