I updated the software the other day to take IE Explorer v7 (I have Windows
XP). Anyway my partner can no longer log onto the internet / retrieve her
e-mails etc...please can you help?
There is an error message on her account "Error 691 - something aoout access
was denied because the user name and/or password was invalid on the domain" -
whatever that means!

Anyway I tried the support help and it doens't seem to fit e.g. first
solution says " click start; point to connect to; dial up connection;
properties and then check to clear "include windows logon domain"
Unfortunately, when I click start it takes me to an Internet Explorer icon
which I can't right clik, when I left click it tries to connect so I can't
even try all the stuff about options tabs and checking various boxes!!
I have already been trying all morning ...can you save some part of the day
for me??
Best Regards BoaT

When she logs in, can she get to the web at all in IE7? As in,
www.google.com ? Or, is this a problem with her webmail only? If so, it may
be a compatibility issue between her mail server & IE7.
