Access Export Email Addresses

I need to export my email address from an access database
to my email program SBC Yahoo Mail so I can send a mass
email. Can anyone help me?
 
I could be wrong but Yahoo Mail is NOT stored on your
computer but on Yahoo's servers; therefore you cannot
import into their database...

Now there might be something that you harvest them from
like AOL or MSN but not from Access which is not a mail
program.
