Access error.

I keep getting an error when im in access that forces me to
close the program. The error message is "Reserved Error
(-1104) There is no explanation for this error" Can someone
help me to understand why this keeps happening. Its
happening on a daily basis now. Thanks

The reserved error indicates that something happened which the developers of
Microsoft Access did not anticipate. That could happen because of a bug in
Access, a corruption in the database, running out of resources on your
computer, etc.

Is there anything consistent about when this error occurs? Running a
particular query? Opening a particular form? Only after working for several
hours? Trying to perform some operation?
