access error 3100

Just added Access to my office setup, I keep getting error 3100 when trying
to save a new file. Did some Google and searched some forums but did not see
a solution.

Tried a repair of office and still get the same error.

Office 2003 PRO WinXP Home SP2

Thank you for that link. That solved the problem. Never came across that
link in all of the Google searches.
