Access E-Mail from Home from an Exchange Server at Work

How do I set-up outlook to access my e-mail from home without importing all my e-mail messages from the exchange server to my home computer?
 
Contact you administrator and ask for the IMAP configuration of the server

Ask your Exchange administrator whether they offer OWA or a VPN for external
connections.
