Access Driver Error

I keep getting the error.

"Database Results Error
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] '(unknown)' is
not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled
correctly and that you are connected to the server on
which the file resides."

One minute it's working and the next it isn't. I have
check errors and I can't seem to know why this keeps
happening. PLEASE HELP!!

Please indicate/list the exact steps you are taken to setup your database
connection and your method for testing.
