Access Denied

All of a sudden when I try to access some web sites
I get "Access Denied". When I contact the above web sites
I'm told this is a Microsoft issue due to a to a security
update. Something to due with "Cookies".

Please I need help!

You can bypass this manually by entering the address in
the trusted sites under the security tab listed under
Tools, Internet Options.
