access denied....

Apologies if this is posted in a FAQ. Have trawled Google without
success. Running IE6 on Windows ME and getting the problem "access
denied by access control list". This problem is specific to certain
websites and intermittent on others. Can usually be got around by
several browser refreshes, however it is very infuriating. On top of
this I think it is also affecting my Citrix applications which will
not 'launch' when selected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Try creating a new connection to your ISP.
