Access Denied

I just use the System Recovery on my PC, before that, my
Folder that i use is a Private, i put password on my
name, after the System Recovery, i cant access my Folder
Files, but the Folder on the Document & Settings, are
working & i cant access it...

Windows doesn't know that the old you is the same person as the new you.
It's still protecting the files for the "other" account. Take ownership of
the files and you will have access to them again.
