Access denied

I lost acces to drive c:
I cant acces as administrator
I cant take ownership of drive C
I have the windows vista ultimate dvd and i cant reinstall Vista
The drive c shows no information

Who can help?

I have the exact same problem since the 18 but have not been able to solve it.
Was not able to get back administrative authority even in safe mode.
With the computer I can only navigate in internet and all the programs and
tools are unaccessable.
Have you found a solution has anyone
