I posted once before, and i thank the people that replied,
But i have not been able to resolve the problem.

I tried Kelly's corner, and it did not help.
i didn't have the option to take control of the files.

I have an NTFS drive running winxp.
It crashed, so i installed Winxp to another location other
then windows.
The new install went well, but i can't even run the old
setup in safe mode.

I tried all i can to get past this,
Tried to use partition magic to change to fat32.
It gave error of compressed or sparced files. so no go
tried to install winxp to new HD, still can't access files
tried safe mode, command prompt, and even using a network
to try.
Still no go.

Kellys corner was for win updates, not just file access.
I really need some help, i am going to lose 700 meg in
music and digital pics that the pics and some music can't
be replaced.
Thank you for any help.
