access denied

when i click on a link on a web page i can not download the file. Access
denied to the specified device path or file is denied just keeps popping up.
didnt have this problem before i did a windows update. please help.

Seems unlikely to be a problem with Microsoft Access database software, the
subject of this newsgroup. Look for a newsgroup with a name indicating it is
about Internet Explorer and you'll have a better chance of getting the
answer you need.
