Access denied...

Hi my freinds, I am having problems when I try to install softwares. I am the
only user of this PC, always sing-in as administrator, but recently I small
window shows telling me that I may have no permision to create files or
folders in my temporary folder. Looking arround I went toC:\Documents and
setting\OEM\My Documents\Gabriel\local~1\Temp)but folder is not accessible.
How can I get back on?

PS. Messege send me to System or network Administrator, but really I do not
know what to do.

More probably a NTFS file system security issue (ACLs).
You don't state your OS, SP level and file system in use there.
Always copy *exact text* of any error messages and check the Event
Logs as well.
