access denied

have a folder with 4 sub folders, wish to delete them but get access denied
cant enter sub folders either same responce....have had a simular problem
before but cant remember the solution any ideas please.

if you have xp pro, make sure you have the proper permissions for the
folder. right click folder, click sharing and security.

have xp he sp2 pack....also wont delete in safe mode...

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In
XP Pro you have to disable simple file sharing.
