recent files access denied

I was supposed to copy my documents folder for back up but accidentally moved
it instead to a DVD-R. i copied it back to my pc but I cant activate my
recent files now. I keep getting cant access recent files. access denied
message from windows.
My recent files folder is there but I cant use it on my start menu. HELP!

Tried it but still no luck. Its still access denied.
