access denied unistalling sp4

Im trying to uninstall Sp4 but im getting access denied, any ideas why this
is doing this, it does come up saying that these two application may be
affected but i dont think that would keep it from unistalling, any ideas
would help thanks
 
it was permissions, Duh

I never had to adjust permissions before for that, must have been some admin
and his ntfs policy
