I have just reinstalled my hard drive into my computer. Once it was
finally able to acknowledge the operating system, any attempts I made
to access my user account has met with no success. It tells me "my
documents is not accessible; access denied". Even when I attempt to
log on under that account, I get a message saying that my desktop is
not accessible and I cannot access any files I have under that
account. It is an "administrator account" and I am using the correct
password but it appears to be "locked" somehow. Any ideas as to how I
can "unlock" it. I am able to access all files under any other user
account on my computer.
