"Access Denied" opening old \Documents and Settings folder

Guest

After SP2 failed, I was forced to reinstall XP Pro SP1a from the CD.

The installation created a new folder (\Documents and
Settings\MyName.ComputerName). I was able to move most of my directories from
the original location(\Documents and Settings\MyName) to the new location;
however, one remains which I cannot open, copy, or move. Any attempt to do
so results in an Access Denied message.

Loggin in as administrator does not solve the problem.
