Access Denied Error

When I use msconfig to change the startup and services menu, I get the
following error message," An Access Denied error was returned while attemping
to change a service. You may need to log on using an Adminstrator account to
make the specified changes."

I am the computer adminstrator for this PC. What other log on should I use
or what am I doing wrong? Is there something that needs to be fixed?

Some services cannot be changed as the system is running.

Can you give and example of one?

I attempted to stop two from Iomega, IomegaAccess and ZipToA.
Would the system bar me from stopping these?

Possibly, if you had anything in the Drives are have applications running in
the background (started from bootup or Start folder(s)).

Try booting in Safe Mode and disabling them.
