access denied, contact system administrator

I have CDR and DVD drives and I cannot write to the CDR
drive. When I go to save it tells me "You do not have
access to the folder, 'D:\' See your administrator for
access to this folder." Any suggestions on how to enable
my computer to write to the cd drive?
 
Signing on using an account with administrator rights should take care
of it.
