Access denied, connect to Printer

All permissions are standard. Some people can attach
while others get this error. In my case everyone has the
exact same networking permissions. Any ideas?

In my case I was trying to get a Citrix user to be able
to print to their PC. On their PC however they where
attaching to the printer via print server. This cannot
work becase the networks are foreign to each other. In
order to print the PC client side must have the printer
dirver installed locally. You can still point to a
network printer, just the PC has to act as the server.
