access denied! cant access files

the user that i want to get to doesnt exist anymore because i reinstalled
windows. I want to get to the documents of this user but i keep getting an
Access denied alert. Only this user does that because it had file privacy
activated. I need to get to the files and i cant. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
GET TO THIS FILE.
