Access Denied - Cannot Copy File ERROR

Hello,
Computer A - Desktop Win XP Pro
Computer B - Laptop Win Xp Pro
Networked via Dlink 504 Router

trying to copy Media file from Computer A to Computer B
Getting error message
"Cannot Copy <filename> - Access Denied - Make sure that the file is not
read only or in use....."

All read only settings are off for file and for parent folder on Computer A
Have searched the web for answers and it seems that many others have
experienced the problem but I havent found a fix.
Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the file from the Media Player playlist.
