Access denied after moving file

After I have moved a file, either by draging or using the move command I
cannot access the file. I get an error message that is #3051 that basically
states that either somone else is using the file ( which is not the case), it
is write protected or encripted. I have tried to change the folder containing
the moved file to uncheck the write only box but it will not accept it. Any
ideas?

Are you saying you can not move it or you can move it and then not access
it?? The link below may help by explaining NTFS folder permissions and how
to manage them. If the file is encrypted you can not move it if you can not
open it. To move a folder/file you need delete permissions on the source
folder/file and write permissions on the destination folder/file. --- Steve
