Access denied

I have 3 computers on a wired home network. One XP Home, one XP Pro, and one
Me. I do not have the drives mapped but access and use through Windows
Explorer. I have no trouble moving folders [overwriting] from XP Pro to Win
Me. Works perfectly. I am unable to move or overwrite a folder from XP Pro
to XP Home. Msg..."Access denied...check that it is not a write only file or
the file is in use"... It is not write protected and it is not in use.

If someone has the time to send me a step by step procedure via email I
would greatly appreciate it.
