Access Database locked up - HELP

Do you know what to do when you get this error?
'The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and
another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time'

It froze up on me when I was saving, so I got out and when I try to get back
in I get this error message. No one is in it, but I appears to still think
I'm in it. It's on a shared server, so I can't refresh it. I copied it to
my hard drive and I get the same error.

First I would try getting everyone possible out and try deleting the
YourFileName.LDB file.
