Access crashes when I put a unbound text box without a label.

All,

I'm running Access via XP Office Pro w SP3 on XP Pro w SP3.

I can consitently crash Access by

1. Creating an unbound text box in the detail section of a form.
2. Deleting the text / label that goes with it.
3. Saving the form.

Question: Since I tried this same operation on another form and it work, my
guess is somehow my form definition is screwed up. If my form is screwed up,
how do I correct it without having to recreate it by hand?

Also, what I'm trying to do is display additional information on a name look
up. The combobox will lookup the member name, member type desc, and member
term desc. I'll get the member type and term fields via the .column()
property and display them on the form via the unbound text boxes.

My question is is this the right way to display the information?

I could also create labels and change their caption properties to be my
field descriptions, but that does not seem right.

All,

Any time I make more than a change to two to the form, Access crashes. So,
how can I save all of the work I have put into the form?

I found Allen Browne's instructions on how to decompile and my form is
working again!!!!!
