Access Control Architecture & accountExpires LDAP attribute

Is there any useful links that i can find on Access
Control Architecture to build my Access Control
Descriptors within my security (*.inf) files.

Also, does the accountExpires LDAP attritue expect entries
on my (*.csv) file ss MM/DD/YYYY?

accountexpires is set for a number of seconds from a baseline time.
